Your generous donation will support key initiatives, including flagship events such as the Greenery Enhancement Project in Delhi/NCR, Free Medical Camps, Promotion of Environmental Sustainability, and Empowering Young Minds through Waste Management education. These events engage people from all sectors of society, including students, teachers, and civilians, to address critical issues such as climate change, environmental awareness, and sustainable development.

Yes, GSI is a registered non-profit organization under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, headquartered in New Delhi.
What impact has the NGO made so far?
GSI has successfully conducted plantation drives involving students, corporates, and civil society members. We have motivated communities to adopt healthy and sustainable lifestyles, organized free health camps, cleaned public places, and contributed to the restoration of lakes and the Yamuna River. Additionally, we have distributed STEM kits to school students to encourage scientific learning.

The Green Society of India (GSI) recently had the privilege of a follow-up meeting with Hon’ble Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Minister of Environment, Forest & Wildlife to discuss GSICyclothon 2025 – Ride for the Next Generation.
During the meeting, GSI shared plans to make the Cyclothon a flagship initiative promoting green commuting, environmental awareness, and community health. We proposed that GSI be appointed as the Nodal Agency to lead and implement the Cyclothon across government offices, schools, RWAs, and public spaces in Delhi.
This discussion marks a significant step toward collaborative action, strengthening partnerships between GSI and the Delhi Government to ensure the Cyclothon reaches its goal of mobilizing communities for a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable city.
